Presented by HASH Gallery at NFC Summit 2026, Balloons In The Sky is the third and final act of The Simulation Trilogy, following Painting With Fire and Bones In The Sky.

A custom StyleGAN model trained on 3,700 photographs from the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta generates a continuous stream of balloon imagery on a 75" screen. Visitors press a button to freeze the stream, instantly minting a 1/1 NFT on Ethereum mainnet and receiving an archival dye-sublimation print — a physical bridge to a digital moment.

Onsite mints sold out over the course of the event, with 171 NFTs minted live by attendees.
